Linestopping is the process used to isolate a section of ‘live’ pipeline to allow maintenance, repair and modification to be carried out, without interrupting the product flow.
By using a temporary bypass system, linestopping is a cost-effective and safe method of working both on planned maintenance intervals and emergency repairs, and is suitable for hazardous and flammable products too.
- Can be carried out on pipework ranging from 0.5”/12mm to 48”/1200mm
- Pressures up to 1450 psi / 100 bar
- Temperatures up to 300°C as standard
